Barcodes for labels & inventory
Make a single barcode for a stock item, or create bulk barcodes from a list of values. Set the sheet columns and include readable values below your barcodes for easier identification.
ABOUT BARDATA
BarData is a free online barcode and QR code generator by tcfella. Turn your values into clear, downloadable codes for labels, inventory, printed materials, and everyday sharing.
Making barcodes should not require a subscription, specialist design software, or an account. BarData brings the essentials into one workspace: enter your content, see the barcode or QR code, adjust its appearance, and download the result.
It is designed for people organizing stock, preparing labels, building packaging layouts, or adding a scannable link to something they print. The input and preview stay together so you can check your work as you go.
Make a single barcode for a stock item, or create bulk barcodes from a list of values. Set the sheet columns and include readable values below your barcodes for easier identification.
Create QR codes for website links, plain text, email, phone numbers, or Wi-Fi details. Use them on printed instructions, signs, business cards, and other materials people can scan.
Generating a barcode image does not assign a retail product number. Use your own valid identifiers and check the requirements of the retailer or inventory system where your barcodes will be used.
Select barcode or QR code, then Single code or Bulk sheet. For bulk generation, paste one value per line. The example values let you try the generator before entering your own.
Adjust the color, size, and quiet margin. For a sheet of codes, choose the number of columns. Keep good contrast and a clear margin around each barcode or QR code.
Use PNG for an image, SVG for scalable artwork, or PDF for a printable bulk sheet. Single-code downloads support PNG and SVG. Exports include BarData branding on a white sheet.
Always scan a test copy at the intended print size before producing a batch of labels.
Barcode and QR code generation happens locally on your device. BarData records basic website visits to understand usage, but does not send the values you enter to its analytics service. No account is needed to generate or download codes.
